What flywheel weight to go with??

What flywheel weight to go with??
I got a '98 Integra RS and want to change the clutch and might as well get the flywheel done. So i'm wondering what weight to go with??
I daily drive, drag, want to do some autoX also. ITR stock flywheel is like 14 I think. I don't want to go too light either.
Any suggestions?
