I use Mobil1 10w30, but i think i need something thicker because it seems to break down pretty fast. Try Amsoil 10w30 synthetic, it's designed for turbo cars

Read the fine print at the bottom of amsoil and see that it says it was tested on non-turbocharged vehicles. I stick with Kendall GT-1 Turbo. 11psi beatin up on the daily.

I was using mobile 1 10w-30 full syn. and notice that after a some hard driving my oil pressure will drop below 5 psi at idle. I now run mobile 1 10w-40 full syn and I get about 5-10 psi at idle after same type of driving, So...if you have an oil temp or oil pressure gauge or both you can better monitor you oil and come to your own conclusion about what oil to run. I would stick with synth. as they have been proven to handle higher heat cycles. which brands to use? well thats up to you, but I think whats more important is how often you change your oil. How often you change your oil depends on how hard you drive your car. Also remind yourself that your motor will consume some oil under hard driving and not checking your oil level regularly will cause wear an stress on oil and motor. ****.....I think I just type way to f#%$ much, but I hope I made some sence. Have fun
