me and my brother just finished swaping a B16 into his 91 Integra. We got the motor started and everything seems right except if i have it in Nutr the motor rev's out alot and when in any gear seems like its getting trottle by its self what can be making this happen?...some one please let me know if you can thanks....

 

Kind of hard to understand what you are trying to say, but maybe the throttle cable is too tight.

 

throttle cable too tight, IM leak, vacume leak, timing, IACV issue, Idle screw.
