HELP removing stock rusted headers.!!!
ok heres the deal ... i removed the nine bolts that attack to the block and i also removed the bottom part . but the headers wont pull off the screws . is there another bolt thats hidden thats holding the headers in place that i dont know about? . thanks ne help would be greatly appreciated.
probably not... all of the bolts are in plain view... mine came off very easy so i dont see why yours shouldnt... if you want you could spray some PB blaster on it and tap it with a wrench or try to pry it off... either way it should come off... good luck man

I was gonna say that too.
Also make sure the exhaust manifold's bottom engine mounts are unbolted.

Yeah, there is a mount on the block. Its on the right side behind the first primary. Its either a 12 or 14 mm bolt if I remember correctly. It should not be too hard to get off (surprisingly), but you may want to wipe the dirt/grease off it first. Also, the bracket on the bottom must be bent out of the way of the oil pan if you want to take it out in one piece. Thats at least what I had to do.
yes there is a mount on the block because of the weight of the manifold you must remove the heat shields to get it i believe
