minor rust ?

i have small spots of rust by my wheel well and by my strut bar ... its not major, but i dont want it to spread ... sorry about the noobness of the question, but i was wondering what could be done ... i sprayed some rust protection crap on it, but is there anything else i can do ?

cut it out and bondo it or cut it off and replace it with sheet metal

are you serious?

don't do that... just dremmel it or sand it down. and just spray it over with high temperature paint. i had a rust spot in my engine bay and i that's what i did.
