corner balance your car?
Mine walks a little bit. Try lining up your wheels before you get into the water box....IE like drive straight into teh box...dont turn while entering the box and then set up for your burnout. Dont get in a groove? Maybe you need to give it more power to make them spin harder.

also try to stay in a good wet section to get both wheels spinning if you have an open diff. once you start to see a good amount of smoke and heated them enough keep goin and drop the ebrake to roll out while doin the burnout. funny car style but not to far up just to roll through the rest of the water box

thanks guys, the setup is still a factory itr diff. i mosty have this problem on tracks with flat boxes. the tracks with a good crevice for the tires to stay in work okay. ill try third gear...
do you guys actually let up the e-brake to leave the water box, my little hatch always pulls me out of the water box with the back wheels locked, i put the e-brake down as soon as i'm being pulled out of the box.
i love how last year 2nd gear burn-outs were the new hottest, now its 3rd or 4th, or 2nd if you are down on power. next year will be 5th gear. haha

I want to be a new trend starter, i need more 5in dp and exhaust and 5th gear burn outs. I bet the stock axles will love that.

Its not a bandwagon. Its drag racing. You do what you gotta do. People do burn outs in different gears cause it works not cause its cool.

thats the only way I could ever do a burnout in my car was 3rd gear, 1st and 2nd and you were instantly on the rev limiter. I know other people do this as well, but I dont think it would work out to well with little power.

haha, i went from 3rd to 4th in the box a few weeks ago, shifted too slow and it killed itself. After looking like an *** I started it up and pulled up to the line...
