89 ls teg motor into 89-91 crx or hatch. please advise

Default 89 ls teg motor into 89-91 crx or hatch. please advise

I could get a whole 98 ls integra basically free. I want to do the swap. will this motor in the teg just swap into a crx or hatch. Plug and play. can I use the teg axles and do need special motor mounts. anybody please advise. thanks.

you have to cut the linkage or just lengthen you stock one put in hasport mounts i would recomend if you use them mounts youll have to cut front mount out use 90-91 distributor and ECU stock harness if its a si

or just look on http://www.hasport.com and they will give details of putting it in

Hasport is pretty expensive and i know ppl with some vibration problems from them. I used HCP motor mounts and no vibrations what so ever and they are pretty cheap go to http://www.jdmshit.com they are on sale there. Also with hcp you dont have to cut the front mount off. You dont have to cut off the front mount with hasports...hasport is pretty expensive but I'm glad I'm a baller.

HCP's also require the frame rail dent for the alternator. I'm very happy with my HCP mounts too.

You can't go wrong either way.

you have to cut the front mount off with hasport mounts other wise mine wouldnt fit in there with out rubbing and yes they do have vibrations
