Default is there anyway to adjust the highbeams?

i'm having trouble seeing when i drive at night in the mountains. i went up to pay a friend a visit, and the highbeams only illuminate directly in front of the car, just further. is there anyway to make it so it gets a little more to the sides? i dont want to get driving lights just for this...

i searched my .pdf s2000 manual, and i couldn't find anything about the highbeams.

the lights are functioning as designed. altering those projections will blind oncoming traffic in horrible ways.

On the AP2's the projector hits the sides also. A good 30ft half-circle around the front. Check the alignment of yours, or upgrade.

i said the highbeams, not the low beam HID projectors...who would drive w/ their highbeams on when there's oncoming traffic anyways?

but anyways, there is no way to alter the high beam (non projector) at all? upgrading with driving lamps is the only way?

Your best bet is to get a higher wattage bulb for the highbeams. The higheams adjust with the lowbeams. The 100 watt bulbs do a nice job of illuminating. I'm running 140 watt equivalent bulbs. :D

2 hundred pound bags of sand in the trunk will raise them up.

There's s thread on one of the other boards regarding low side vision. His solution was to install driving lights in the faux vents.
