Is there a trick to get it on? I have dual point fi and the bent-style front strut bar, but it will not clear the throttle body. Am I doing something wrong? Anyone have a pic of a strut bar installed with dual point? It would be a big help. Thanks!

ive seen one before there normal looking it just goes around through the front of manifold

 

Any pics of this? I cannot get it to fit anykind of way. The hump in the bar is just not enough to clear the throttle body completely by going over the top. I tried to fit it in front of the throttle body, but it didn't match up that way either. The bar itself is round, maybe if it was flat it would work??

Like I said, I cannot seem to find a way that it fits. A pic would be great.

 

a lot of generic strut bars dont have enough clearance for certain types of engine setups. its no surprise it doesnt fit. tough luck.

 

Is there a certain one I can get that will no doubt fit? If so, which one?

 

neuspeed. the only strut bar id recommend anyway.
