My painted YES painted hubcaps
YO I just painted my hubs because I'm getting my car painted next week and well the hubs looked like **** so I had to paint them. I will be buying rims shortly after the paintjob get's done I just didn't want to have that shitty of looking hubs. so here's some pics throughout the process.
Three stages. Sanded all the way; half way done; not even touched (original)

thanks for the commets. Yea i knew I'd get flamed though. I just was tired of looking at the really shitty pealing caps. It only took like two hours so it wasn't that big of a waste of time.
I didn't paint them red cause I wasn't doing it for any special appearnce.

looks good man. I repainted the wheel covers on my 91 Si when they started to flake and yellow. You even bothered to repaint the black "H"
What type and color paint did you use? It looks pretty close to stock. I couldn't find the right silver, mine ended up looking gray.

I painted my hub cabs a long time ago just to get a little different of a look. I wanted to see what color looked good with my car and when I posted about it, I got hated on... Anyways I liked the way it looked and thats all that really matters... They are now gone for a set of wheels but who knows, they might come back out for the winter...
