Default code 15 after dash removal

first things first. i removed my dashboard out and i painted my dashboard solid black.

after putting everything back and start my car...it wouldnt start. its cranking over but wont start. i looked at the error code..its giving me code#15 (IGNITION OUTPUT SIGNAL). i notice my stereo doesnt work either. i've pulled each and every fuse i see under the dash and in the underhood fuse box. each of them are good. i also notice as i turned my headlights on...i hear the beeping sound.(approximately when you put the key in the ignition and the door is open..you hear the beeping sound). check engine light is on without the key in the ignition. throwing the code#15.

im now stuck. pls help. all help is greatly appreciated.

hmmm..i'll check on that later on today after mowing the lawn and keep you guys updated. damn it sucks being at home without a job.

i just used regular spray paint (gloss black with clear coat)..looks very clean. i sand it down to get it smooth and primered it then i wet sand it. primered it again cause i was getting the orange peel look..then wet sand it...then primered it a few more times and wet sand it...finally after primering it 6 times and wet sanding it....2 coats of the gloss black paint and 3 coats of clear.....looks good. i took my time doing it.

i painted my dash..because i wanted to make my car solid black...in and out. the original color in it was...somewhat half of it was light midnight blue and dark midnight blue...so i manage to paint it into one color and that is black. i'm about to get my car painted metallic black in a few months.

as for the problem that i encountered about code#15....i took my dashboard out and looked at the wires closely..did not see anything wrong with it. put everything back and tried starting the car...it wouldnt start. looked at the ecu if it was throwing any code errors...nothing. tried cranking over again..no progress...wtf??anyone have an idea??

I used vinyl paint made by Dupli-Color the finish came out nice make sure you buy flat black unless you want your interior shiny.
