Brake pad question

My friend needs new brake pads and he got some ebc greenstuff for free. The problem is, the part number is dp21206. He has a 92 hatch and I looked it up on the internet and the part number isn't for his car. But I was told that it will still work for his hatch. Can somebody clarify if this part number will work on a 92 hatch?

Easiest way to see if they work is by putting them on. If not then that's your answer.
