for equivelant years, they're the same, right? it's just the rails that are different? so 91 hatch seats with 91 crx rails will be stock height in a 91 crx...

I think they're different at least in the way they are padded. Not sure about the other differences.

No civic rails and crx rails are different.

 

Will not bolt up.
Seatpan and rails are different. So is the floor of the car.

you can swap the seatpans and **** over in about an hours work. We had to do the same at N11. A friend of mine bought a set of Canadian Si seats. Nice and minty. But because of the door mounted seatbelts (wich cannucks don't have) the seat wouldn't fit.
Resulting in a whole bunch of people gathering some tools to swap the pans right there on the spot.
