Well i installed my intake a weekeago and finally got a pic of it...damn i love the sound of the car now...sounds soo much more aggressive.

hey just one question, how do you clean the filter? becuase on the integras you have to remove the front bumber to replace the filter...

 

AEM SRI? Is that suppose to be Canada's version of the AEM CAI here in america?????????

 

No. It means Short Ram Intake. As you can see, the filter is under the hood. Cleaning it should not be a problem.

 

has anyone had problems with the filter staying on?
nomatter how tight i tighten that clamp,... the filter will slide off if i push down on it,.... is this a problem or not?

 

hmm.. what kinda integra do you have? in my integra i just undo the bottom of the splash guard and undo the filter from the end of the pipe, clean it, put it back on, and tighten it back on to the filter. if you are taking off your entire front bumper everytime you clean your filter you need to get with the program bo!

 

Yes, it looks nice, but is it functional??? All you are doing is sucking hot air straight off the engine. That doesn't help w/ performance.

 

ya its functional all dynos show at least a 7hp increase!!
