Default Bouncy suspension Help Please

I had eibach sportline springs and tokico blues on an 89 civic hatch with an integra front brake conversion for about 8 months and everything worked and felt fine. Then I got rear-ended back in december (minimal body damage/no frame damage) so it has been sitting for about 8 months. I just bought an identical '90 model hatch and swaped all the suspension and front brakes over along with a new dropzone camber kit. At this point the alignment is way off and the camber adjustment on the front and rear is just about maxed on the positive side and most of the bushings are worn out. So here's my problem, the car is riding rough and the front end is bouncing BIG TIME. So, my question is, WHY? Is it just because my alignment and camber is so screwed up or what? Thanks for your help!

if you cant find out the problem your best bet is to take it to a tire place....Most offer free inspections..
They got cool tools

I figured out what the problem is, the shocks aren't compressing AT ALL. The won't budge, I got four people to try and push down on them and they didn't move a bit. So, I'm assuming that the wreck screwed them up or the car sitting for 8 months messed them up...
