if i put a jdm licence plate in the front of my car, but still had the new jersey one in the back, would that be illegal?

 

You'll probably get **** for it from a cop.

 

i would say leave it off, also does your state require a front plate like here in california?

any NJ ppl out their who no this law? if any thing, ill just ask a local cop.

 

If you dont currently get **** for not having a front plate, my guess is that it isnt required, and that you could put the jdm plate on and claim it as a "decorative plate"

 

Yes NJ requires front plate, hence why they give you 2 plates at the DMV
