I have power steering and it appears that something is not right about the feel. It has about +/- 1/2 inch useless free play (not change in direction) and then it appears to come up against some resistance, then the power steeringtakes over and it moves smoothly. This occurs in the straight ahead mode and also in a fixed radius turn (its not cenetr position sensitive). Any ideas? BTW it has 149K on the car. Valving in the rak?
