Ok, I thought I figured it out, but I guess not. The previous problem: rubbing grinding noise when making right turns. I changed my brake pads today. Problem solved. Second problem: driving straight and slowly and makes the sound of a thin piece of metal either dragging on the ground or rubbing against something. I thought it might have been the dust shield rubbing against the rotor, but it's not. It might be my axle as I am lazy to change one with a bad boot, but it's not clicking. So I can't figure out why my car is making that noise.

 

check closely sounds a lot like dust sheild rubbing on your rotor bro. i know u mention u checked but check very well not many things down there can cause your car to make that type of sound while turing.

I'll check again, but it's not when I'm turning. Only driving straight.

Nvm, it is my axle. LOL. Gonna change it this weekend.

 

Nvm, its not my axle. I just changed it today and still makes a clanking noise.

 

Check your wheel bearing.
