stock s2k's horsepower?
anybody know the stock s2k hp i was jus wondering cause i know there is a dif in each year that came out sorda like the 05 has like 5 less than the 00 i was jus cheaking to verify... if u could list it for me like if im wrong then plz let me know thx in advanced

I don't know where you get this stuff from...
but it was actually rumored that the 2.2L here in the states pumped out some higher numbers than Honda released. Possible due to higher compression, but who knows, not I.
At any rate, all the S2000's, regardless of year, are rated at 240 horsepower. Depending on miles, mods, elevation, etc....you'll get different numbers with all the years. This is a pointless post.

Just go by the 240hp #...i think the AP2 has like 241 or something.

They are all SAE rated at 240hp to the crank....the numbers I've seen range the stock whp anywhere from 201 to 210 just depends on the dyno and stuff and such...but that's all of them....the only real difference is the shape of the torque curve from AP1 to AP2....night and day....that's the other .2 liters of displacement kicking in...but they lowered the redline...to each his own..
