I am new to the Honda scene so I guess I need to introduce myself. My name is Brandon, I am from Alabama and I own a Black 2000 Handa Civic Si. It was modded when I bought it so here is a list of the ones that I have found: AEM intake, DC 4-1 header Borla Exhaust, DC Shifter, Tockico adjustabe coil overs, Konig Tantrum wheels wrapped in Kumho Ecstasa rubber, Taylor plug wires, (yet to pull the spark plugs), Chrome dipstick (soon to be removed). I call it a sleeper because on the bottom side of the hood it has two DC Sport stickers and two AEM stickers (making fun of sticker loving ricers).

Regardless, Archidictus said something about sticking up for yourself when people who install control arms upside down flame you. Im sure someone will post it.

I AM NOT NEW TO THE GAME BUT NEW TO HT;FIRST THINGS FIRST INVEST IN SECURITY FOR YOUR SI THEY GET STOLEN LEFT AND RIGHT!!! BUY A AUTOLOCK WHICH YOU BUY FROM PEPBOYS,AUTOZONE,ETC AND PUT ON THE CLUTCH PEDAL AND CALL IT A DAY GOOD LUCK

 

nice set up on you si, i dont know about those wheels tho....other than that is sounds good.

 

they're aight they came with the car, I was gonna go with the stock look, might yet everybody down here wants to buy my rims, just wish I could find someone who wanted to trade their stock red/white tails for my euros. whenever I clean it up I'll get some pics.

 

Welcome to Honda-Tech. There is a lot of great information on this site. Anything you can probably think of doing to your car, some one else probably had the same idea, so don't forget to use the search. It will be your best friend. I have a 00 black civic si also. Listen to lazybrown, mi si was stolen about 3 months ago . It was in the shop for a month and they only had my car for 90 minutes. Also check out the alpha-lock. I had another friend nearby that had a 99 black si. They couldn't get it from his house so they took it from his job. Invest in security first, mods second. I've had my car for 5 years, few mods but lots of security. Good luck.
