Location of the IAC(idle air control) sensor...
It's actually a valve, not a sensor. I suppose I could go out and look but it's too early. Look for a mostly aluminum piece held to the intake manifold by 2 10mm or 12mm head bolts and with a wire connector going to it. it'll be close to the throttle body and on the firewall side of the intake manifold. (that's where it is on the R...)
It's been a while since I had one off but you might have pinched the black o-ring that seals it. That's what meters how much air enters then engine when idling, instead of keeping the throttle plate open so also look for other potential air leaks (injector seals, intake manifold gasket, throttle body gasket, throttle body sticking open, vacuum lines not plugged) if you can't find anything wrong with the IACV.

alright, i fixed it!!!!!! anyways, it wasn't even the "sensor" it was just a plug i didn't seal up when i swapped out for the skunk2 manifodl. thanks for the help
