Intake Manifold for ls/vtec
My friend have a ls/vtec setup with a gsr head and he want to know if its worth the money to change his stock intake manifold before he get the car tuned with a wideband ?? Which one give the best bang for the bucks. Anyway here's his setup

I can't tell about your friend setup,but in my b16 setup it move my peak hp from 7600 tp 8300 rpm..I still run itr cam like his setup.
About question#2 mine fit with no prob....
ps: if i can make a suggestion this itr oem cat is a big restriction..a test pipe or a carsound cat would be great

Most of the aftermarket manifolds usually lose a nice chunk in midrange sacrifice for top end. Stock ported oem manifolds are killer in mid but lack top end power that the larger plenum aftermarket manifolds have.
