Default B20Vtec boosted

ok im in a dilema right now I have a 91 civic hatch and want a B20vtec turbo in it. I cant make up my mind on whether i should use a b16 head or a b18 head bored out to make 2.0l vtec. I need opinions here. A couple of my buddy's told me that with a regular b18 head I will have too high compression is this true? any help would be greatly appreciated.

What pistons are you using?? My setup is a ls/vtec with stock ls pistons with gs-r head. compression is going to be around 9:7 or so. I've been running turbo for almost a year now with no problem so far. In my opinion, your compression should be okay, but if you are nervous about the compression ratio then use the b16 head and it should be around 9:4 or 9:5.
