Default crx dual point to d16a6 swap fuel pump problems!

ok guys.. 89 crx had a d15b2 pull that and put a 91 d16a6 engine tranny, harness fuse box, everything into the crx. the rear chassis harness remains, to which the fuel pump is connected to. my problem is no power is getting to the fuel pump. all fuses are good, main pump relay is good. no power to the pump. what am i missing here, any ideas? do i need to swap the rear chassis harness from the civic into the crx? ive checked everything i could think of. i also did an auto to manual conversion as well, something to do with that? ive searched as best i could found nothing. please help! i thought this would be a simple swap!

at the ecu you will have to change C1 to pin B10, and move the wire that feeds pin C2 to pin B12. to wire the cylinder position sensor. if i understand you correctlly you still have the body harness then you will have to repin these wires so the injectors are told when to fire.

the car runs fine with the fuel pump put on an on/off switch.. why would i need to do injector wiring? my biggest worries are the gauge cluster now. its an 89 crx.. the civic is a 91. do i need to change the dash harness out to get my cluster working? all the warning lights/etc.. still work, but no tach, no coolant, no fuel.

We hard wired the fuel pump to the battery with a switch and the car runs fine like that. For some reason with the fuel pump hooked up to the wire harness it gets no power.
