I was going to suggest that too. But then he wants to register it. I think there is another ITR shell for sale in the Market Place. It was posted in all the regional for sale forums I believe.

They are salvage title only. In canada and the us they are written out to be dismantled or used for OFF-Road purposes only.
Sorry! Email me or Crescent for more info.

thats interesting... cars with salvaged title can still be registered and driven on highways and streets though. i use to have a 99 civic that had a salvaged title that i was able to register and drive just like any other car...

Can I retitle a vehicle that has been reported to the department as damaged, destroyed, wrecked or a total loss?
Yes. You can retitle the vehicle after the vehicle has been inspected and approved by the Washington State Patrol (WSP) and all appropriate license and title fees have been paid.

Ahh, thanks for doing the leg work. I guess (in WA state), you CAN re-register a salvage titled vehicle after being rebuilt and inspectioned.
If you are outside WA state, please check your local laws - we are not responsible.
Again, the shells are located in Vancouver, BC Canada, but we can relocate them (for a fee) to Bellingham, WA (WA state) for you.
