Racing Hart c2evo rims problem help pleaseeeeee!!
so yeah, i put the rims on, now 1 of the center caps are stuck, it's made of alumnium and i know for a fact that it was cross-tread, being stuck, i know i messed up the treading.. so.. are my rims affected too? What can i do? i dont wanna damage it anymore.. i'm fine w/ buying a new center cap thats np.. and inputs would be appreciated thanks!
The C2's had 2 different designs on the threading on the center cap. It was either welded/constructed with the wheel or a add on set screwed in.
If you have the set screwed in type, then your ok those can be replaced but if its part of the wheel i dont think there is much you can do unless the center cap is what is cross threaded.

turns out it messed up the tread on the rim -_- so iono whut to do anymore.. i already bought the center cap.. shouldve just bout a whole new rim..
not to hijack your thread, but ill buy that extra center cap from you if you dont need it. if the threads on the center of the wheel arent that bad maybe you can re thread it? although its probably a big size im not sure how you'd do it.
