give me some info on this bov (Skyline)
well i saw this bov that looks almost identical to the 1g dsm bov with slight differences, and it says it came off a Nissan Skyline RB20DET. its going for 25.00 bucks and nobody is bidding on it, i want the 1g but im running low on cash so i want to get this one. So my question is, has anybody here know anything about this bov like what sound does it make? should i get it or will i regret it.

If it was pulled from an RB20DET, chances are it's going to break.

a BOV is a BOV, the OEM RB20DET sounds like your generic bov...nothing special.

what does the 1g bov sound like? ive been told it has a nice sound to it, so since the Skyline bov looks the same i think it should sound similar. I currently have one of those Bosh bov of a saab, so you think that will be ok, im running 8 pounds.

i went for a ride in a 20g powered dsm that had the 1st gen slightly crushed and venting to the atmosphere. at 20psi it sounded mean, a really mean deep whoosh sound, none of that annoying greddy type-s spacebird bullshit
