Question about cams?

From what I was told the sir2 cams are the same as usdm gsr cams if that is so is the jdm gsr cams any bigger than my sir cams?

i was told that the jdm cams have a higher lift not much.it is not fact but i was told that.

I have the jdm b16 but is the jdm gsr cam bigger than the jdm b16
