one thursday afternoon on 264 goin into VA beach it was a PY with a custom plate on it. I don't want to post the plate though

the other was on friday night I believe in VA beach it was black

both looked pretty stock

I think he would have noticed your R is not really stock

I also spotted a PY R around 2-3pm on Sunday the 14th, around Atlantic avenue right by the Hilton? was that you? I was down there and couldn't get a motel/hotel worth ****. Everything was packed and was around 200/night.
