hard to shift in gears what can be the problem?

hard to shift in gears what can be the problem?
it does not grind but its hard to shiftit in to gear kind of feels like it needs to be greased or lube but where? and could this be i might need a new clucth or throw out bearing? idunno ne help would be nice just need to fix it so i can still drive it before i put in the b18
