Don't quote me on this but i don't think it would be good for a street car. now if it is for a track car check out the summit racing import cataloge. They carry them for the b16 and b18's i think.

I've only heard of one (in a turbo and Hi-Tech issue awhile ago). Cost like $300-500, and the idle was at about 1,600 all the time. I don't remember the brand though ...

It is one of those things you get when you have everything else already taken care of, and you are looking for that extra edge over the guy in the other lane running the same time of 11.2 with you ....
