I am kinda new to the internals of a head and the whole valve train. I was wondering what cam gears I should buy to get the maximum performance out of my crower stage 1 cams. The cams where in the car when I purchased it, but came with no cam gears. What should I adjust them to, and will it be worth spending the money as far as performance? The gears really dont cost that much, but I just want to know how much more power I am going to recieve out of them and what I should be adjusting the to.....
