well if your car is obd1 the p13 would be the way to go. thats the ecu that belongs to that engine.

but chipped p28s are everywhere and you may be ok with that as well.

I would run a USDM or JDM P13 ECU with your setup if you intend on keeping it relatively stock. I can reprogram both the USDM and JDM P13 ECUs.

If you are going to boost or go with an extreme NA setup a programmable engine management system like CROME or Hondata would be the way to go. You can run a chipped P28 or P06 with this setup.
