Default Please post pix for 6000K vs 8000K HID

I am thinking of getting HID for my R since hte price seems to drop recently. I had my mind on the 6000K before but now I read something about 8000K. Can someone post your HID pics with how K bulb are you running? If I have a 4300K system, but if I replace it if a 8000K, will it work as 8000K?
Thanks

I don't think anyone here has a 8000K kit. If it's just a bulb difference then you can swap out the 4300k for the 8000K.

anything over 6k and you lose light output which equals dim lighting on the road. It just gets more blue. 6k is already blue enough.

Even 6000k is less lumens compared to 4300k.

from 4300 to 6k is about a loss of 150-300 lumens

Hey guys...been researching HID kits for the past 2 months. Found a KIT that has 12000K. It's the newest thing.
