Since recent discussions, e-mails, and IM's have suggested that we might get a good ITR turnout at March's NASA event, I thought I would add a little publicity to the event in hopes of building more interest. You can find the necessary information and registration forms here:

Some of you have already done one or more of these NASA events, and some of you have just been meaning to. Now is as good a time as any, with the best weather that SOAZ has to offer. If you're planning to go, please respond to this thread so I know who to look for. If you have already contacted me, do it again here since those IM's are long gone.

BTW, I want to hear from more than just ITR owners!

 

well since my recent layoff of work I have lots of time so I will show up to watch and maybe see if i can score a ride along and make new friends since my civic's tires won't be here yet. darn wait time on the azenis. lol

When is everyone gunna be there? I'm most likely just going to watch, and learn.

 

ASRA is the same weekend at PIR, much better facility.

I feel like a real *****/jerk for saying this but I won't be able to make it

Huge number theory test on Monday and I haven't even cracked the book. Gotta eat sleep and breathe the stuff if I plan to do well on the test.

I will however try to stop by just to meet ITR 231 just cause every event I go to he can't make it and every one I go to he can't make it.

Heh, that would be cool. I think I've got my sh*t together now that I've replaced the bearings, so I'm hoping to make several more of these before school starts kicking my *** again. This won't be your last chance.

To everyone else, I didn't mean for this to sound R specific. Anyone and everyone is welcome to watch or drive. I just wanted to round everyone up so that I can actually meet some of you.

BTW, is there anyone going that can do some filming?

 

What time is all this going to happen?

 

Gates upen at 6am, first group out at 8am. Track closes Sat and Sun at 6pm. I should be there the whole time on Sat and Sun.

 

I can hang for 2 or so runs and do some out of car filming. As for in car filming there are quite a few cars that have it set up as well as one of the R's that goes regularly.

I can also try to snag a digital video camera from work; that would make it easier to post stuff

Count me in for one more R on Saturday, and lets see if I can't get a 2nd R along too... with video...

 

I have an in-car digicam setup so I'll be doing some filming from the inside! Bummer about the test, onyx00! It was fun running with ya the last time. I still need to cut the video from that time too. Been too busy lately to work on that but I'll get that out soon! Anyways, see you guys out there Sat! I should be there ~7:00. Oh BTW, I'll be bringing some shade so look for an EZ-UP with a blue canopy and a CW ITR in front of it (there should be a couple of S2Ks parked there too).

Figures the one event I can't run at and all the R's show up!! WTF!

How many of the r's are running, and how many are just showing up to watch? Maybe I can make some time to run...hmm...

My cat is bad though and I got check engine light. Need to call Landspeed and see if I can get a new one ASAP!

 

i'll be out there on saturday with the R just to hang out. we would have been testing one of our grand-am cup cars but it looks like that isn't going to happen. anyways...count me in!

 

I'll just be watching, and if Mark goes we need to keep him away from Scott. Marks pretty pissed that he ordered Falkens from a few places and they're "out of stock until April." Keep him away from Scott's...

BTW, delinquent, does your R have a small dent in the back. One thats labeled as "dent?" If so I was walking around it at a Firebird event about a month or two ago.
