de-pinning
alright guys, i need your help, the only thing keeping me from haveing my crx running is the final C1,C2 depin.
well for the life of me i cannot get them depinned, is there a certian way to do it or a way around it, like getting a spare harness and just cut it open, take the pins and place them in?
i need my crx running soon, it's been sitting there for 5 months with just that holding it back.

get a VERY small screwdriver, and insert in the diretion of the pin you want out. Hug the wall, when you find a ridge, pull off slightly, to get over it, then push hard. Then pull out the pin from the back.
hope it helps

Make sure you get the 2 white plastics clips off first. There is one on each side. After that I used a sewing needle, but the wierd thing was some would work and some wouldnt. Test a few out that fit following the directions at this website http://www.fourthgenhatch.com. Always be pulling ever so slightly on the back of the wire cause you might not know if you de-pinned it. Dont pull hard enough to break any wires though.
Thats where i learned to do my first zc swap and was great for times when you were stumped. There is a spot on there that tells you how to depin, its in the mpfi swap section.
