How to adjust Skunk2 camber kits?

How to adjust Skunk2 camber kits?
Well i know how to install it but I dont know how to adjust it. Do i pplcae it all th way in or out? Right now when I got it its just about in the middle. If someone could help I'd appreciate it. I searched but didnt find anything usefull, If anyone finds a link thanks.
