Default Smokes when slowing down

Ok i've been thinking that it is no big deal, but now im starting to get curious. When I'm driving my car when I slow down for say a stop sign I get some white smoke out of the exhaust, this also happens if I rev in neutral. I have a 90 DA, B20B Block with a t3/t4b turbo. I was just wondering if this is serious or if its no biggie. If you need some video or anything else just ask.

Thanks
Albert

White smoke is usually coolant. Check your levels and see if you are using more than usual.

When you stop do you sometimes smell something sweet inside the car?? cause coolant smells a little sweet and also it makes the eyes tear.

I would check your coolant...with the engine on, hold onto the top Rad hose, rev the motor....does it pressurize?
If so then check your coolant condition....it's it clean or is it dirty?

Then I would check your condition of your turbo, cause when the turbo bushings are worn and there is too much play it will cause your car to smoke alot....looking like you are fumigating the neighborhood for mosquito's.

If those are not it then next is to check your Valve Seals, I am not sure on this one....but I believe all you need to do is remove your spark plugs to see for signs of contaminants........don't quote me on this one...

ok will do...the turbo setup has only been on for ~4500 miles, so I cant see anything wrong with that but i will check!

Thanks

Make sure it's white and not blue. When my turbo seals went it had symptoms like this.

Did you check the turbo for side to side play?? hold the compressor wheel bolt and try to move it from side to side(up and down) and get back to us.
