Difference between USDM and JDM Type-R Valve Cover?

I see people selling the JDM Red Valve Cover, but aren't they both red?

Also, US has Honda Motor Co and JDM just has Honda.

the jdm is cool...but i think i would rather put that money into the engine or something else

not enough to pay for a new one, although my cover is looking a little on the ragged side, ahh screw it
if you are going to buy one might as well buy one with the holes cut out for access to the cam gears.

Whoever posted the pic of their valvecover saying it was JDM, well thats off of a north american type r. Not that it really matters if its JDM or not.
