I cut my shifter down a while back to save some money, instead of buying a short shifter. Now that I have the money I want to buy a new shifter, whatever parts id need to do the swap right, and a new boot. I have an 01 accord, do any of you guys know where i could get a new shifter, it needs to be threaded at the top. Thanks

Bad news for you, there is no after-market shifter for Preludes and Accords, other than the short shifter ADAPTER like this one:

I got one from DC-Sports on ebay....

So, keep the current one, attach this adapter, and use it.....

I even searched in Japan, and no after-market manufactures make one for Accord....

If you coma across with one, Please let me know too!!!!

Wrong. PSpec and Forbidden both make a shifter for the Accord

 

Just go to car-parts.com the world of recylers,they'll have one there.
