I'm having some problems with a YS1 cable trans. At the moment the case won't seat down together. The trans has a quaife lsd, 4.7 itr final, new bearings, seals and, synco assys from Honda. This trans has had a couple of on going problems a howling/vibration in fifth gear only as far as i can tell. I have replaced fifth on the input shaft side once to have part of the teeth chip off. I had both fifth gears replaced and now can't get the case to seat with the end bearing on the input shaft. I think that the fifth gears could possibly be wrong. If anyone can get me tooth counts for them or any other reasons why the case might not seat please help me. If you need more info on it please let me know.
