i had a b16a1, and got a b18c1. i put an obd1 pump on (no crankshaft position sensor), and now the timing belt cover doesnt fit properly. i know the difference betweed obd1 and obd2 is the sensor and it wont fit, but obd0 to obd1 is the same, i thought? any help would be awesome. thanks.

If your trying to put a b16 cover on a GSR it will not fit due to different deck heights. The b18c is taller than the b16a

 

the timing belt cover part numbers are the same for a 95 del sol vtec (b16) and 95 gsr (b18). or maybe i looked it up wrong? thanks.

 

I could be wrong as well it was just a thought
