Well this guy stays in the Ballentyne area. If you don't mind me asking, how did you send payment?

 

i sent paypal and put in the dispute. however is account was empty.

If you paid with a credit card, skip filing a complaint with Paypal and go directly to your credit card company and file a charge back. By doing this you will instantly get you money back, and your credit card company will take the debt up with Paypal, who will then contact the seller. Been there done that, and I always pay via crdit card when purchasing thru Paypal, as i have been burned, but never lost a nickle.
