any trouble with this swap, things to look for, innovative ideas?

since there is no kit for the D-series trannies, you are looking at an assload of custom fabrication and lots of headache. just buy a cable si tranny and be done with it

are you doing this using the hasport kit??

doing a b series swap with it??

cause if your doing a d series cable-hydro i dont think there is a kit for it.

what motor do you have or plan on putting in a d or a b series, there is a kit from hasport for hydro to cable but not the other way around. if you are doing a b series with a hydro tranny just get the hasport hydro to cable conversion, its only 50 bucks more and it comes with all the mounts too.

this is my other username that i forgot i had..... i am going to be putting a tranny from a 93 civic (hydo tranny) into a 91 crx si, will it work, straight d series no series swap

Putting a d-series hydro tranny into your car would be more work then it's worth, but like others have said, custom fabrication would be required.

you're better off selling the hydro tranny and using the money to buy an 89-91 cable SI
