225 width tires on 6.5" wheel?
ITR's normally run 225's on 15X6 wheels. I don't think 225's on 16X6 wheels should pose any problems.
But, we do have some issues if we try to run 225's on the rear. The normal setup is F: 225/50/15 and R: 205/50/15

225/50/16's in an Azenis will = major rubbing. That's a tall, and wide, tire. Remember, a 225/50 in a 16" will be bigger than a 225/50 in a 15"
Oh crap, I see you have an RSX-S. Try the RSX forum because this won't apply to your car.

RSX forum =
I was mainly talking about how the 225 width tire behaves on the comparatively narrow rim (7" would be ideal). I know ITR owners have experience with this, that's why I posted here. I'm not really concerned about the tire rubbing.
RSX forum =
The ideal situation is nothing less than a 7" rim for a 225.
