OK well Im just wondering, which would be faster OVERALL, an LS with I/H/C/E with 403s and clutch and flywheel or a b16a2 with I/H/E with ITR cams and clutch and flywheel?

reason being is because I have a DA with this setup and I have a VERY cocky friend who has a 2000 Si with those mods and he thinks hes the fastest thing in the world, but I WILL RACE HIM no doubt, just want some opinions on who would have the heads up cause if we race and I get womped on, ill feel reallll small. just give me your imput. thanks.

 

You already know that most HTers are gonna flame you for bench racing. There are too many variables. Driver skill being the biggest one. So.. i would say to find out, you gotta just race him.

i personaly say 403s+gsr tranny

 

I say LS with 404 and everything else you'll eat and you'll beat w/ a nonvtec even more to brag about

Well, they are talking about Crower 403 and 404 non-vtec camshafts.

 

sorry if this is to far off topic.. ok reddainteg.. you have crower 403's. did you get those installed after the intake and catback? or just all at the same time? i ask this cuz i am debating ordering me a set of those and was wondering how did your teg feel the first time you opened her up after having those installed?
