I have a 89 CRX I need doors.

I'm club racing it in GTL so all I need is to get the out side part or the door skin to fit. I can use the hinges or pin the door shut.

There are a lot more of the civic's in the junk yards than CRX's.

Can I make it work?

 

if you just want the skin it might work with mods but if you want to use a civic door its not possible, to much time and money to mod it and you might as well just buy some new doors or get them off ebay

 

the skin will "fit" but the lower molding wont go back on, and no way possible to use the door frame, because the roofline is TOTALLY different.

 

I do not have to use the upper part of the door frame, and don't need any of the molding (race car remember).
I can cut the hinges off the CRX doors and us them on the civic doors.

Will this work with some mod's?
