Default Civic DX Muffler/Exhaust *Searched*

Hey guys, i have searched and searched and am yet to find info on full exhaust or even a bolt on axle back muffler that would be direct fit for a 91 dx. Help me out if my searching is poor I guess no one likes us DX's lol. I would prefer to find a reasonable priced axle back for temporary use, if anyone has anything used let me know, but besides that...any help would be appreciated

I would invest your money into a MPFI swap first, then buy an exhaust. The DX intake manifold is so restrictive, you won't even see a power gain with bolt-ons like intake, header, and exhaust.

Trust me, I just finished a MPFI swap on my CRX DX and the power gains are very substantial

You won't notice any difference with an axle back set-up.

buy A dynomax turbo muffler for $30, then get an exhaust shop to put it on and make a new tip. It will give the car some grunt and you will THINK it has 1 extra horsepower. Save up for the MPFI, night and day difference for the DX.

Haha yes, but a i have a change of plans, or so i thought. I inqured about a used thermal R&D, 2.25, etc, with a high flow catco cat, for 325 USD! that was to my door, it was slightly used but you couldnt beat the deal..Until he emailed me back stating shipping for it would be too much to Canada, he underestimated ...So the bottom line is i need a new cat , not a cheap ebay one but a decent one, new or used, and now im interested in a full cat back...if i can pick one up used for a good deal that would be super
