Default jdm 4-1 header ? clearances ?

i got a ls/vtec setup. block is a b18a & b16 head, im using the ls oil pan & on the way to installing the header it was not clearing at the bottom & header is rubbing oil pan
my question is what oil pan should i use to clear. i don't want to spend too much on
a pan. maybe i can reshape oil pan to clear, what are my opinions ?

My didnt. I have to form the oil pan to fit. I took a torch and heated that corner up until it was red. Then I took a round metal bar(the same size as the header piping) and layed it across that corner and took a 5lb. hammer and beat it in.

It rolled out reall nice and the header clears perfectly.

I already tried a GSR adn B16 oil pan, they do not work to clear. B16 and LS are the same pan.

worked on a friends car and did the same setup and we had to heat and bend the pan with a pipe.
