pls help!!! I cannot open or close my drivers side and front passenger side window from the drivers side switch, the passenger side window will open from the passenger side switch. As well the door lock will unlock all the doors but not lock them from the drivers side switch, the passenger side door lock switch locks and unlocks all doors. I have checked the switch and that's not the problem any ideas??

The switch for the windows?? If you havn't checked this then have a look at it. Quite often the contacts get corroded or just generally covered in crap. A good clean fixes them up. The problem usually arises when you have stupid *** people playing with the electric windows. e.g. holding them down for a long time or whatever.

 

do you think it would be worth it for me to get power windows in my 91 teg ls?

 

ya I checked the switch for the windows I'm thinking it's possibly a relay problem any ideas where the relay is for the power windows???
